Meet the team
Feast on the Farm presented by Cenovus Energy returns on Aug 13, 2026.
Our annual event brings together industry leaders, community supporters, alumni and students to grow opportunities for Lakeland students to lead, learn and manage.
Since 2016, this annual event has evolved to be one of the college's premier fundraising events. Proceeds from Feast on the Farm support and enhance hands-on and student-led learning across all of our programs.
2025 was another successful event, raising $89,500.
These funds directly benefit student-led projects, such as:
- Agricultural sciences: Farm year simulation software
- Health and wellness: Border Beauty Showcase
- Environmental sciences: Electronic Field Management software
- Business: Student-led tax clinics for community members on campus
The Feast Experience
This unique event takes place on what once was a working farm which is now part of the Research Centre, located on the west side of the Vermilion campus.
Enjoy this relaxed but gala-feel event, including a meal prepared by our chef and his professional staff. Our photographers will also be on-site to take complimentary photos.
Round out your evening bidding on silent auction items, buying raffle tickets and enjoying the live entertainment. It all adds up to a memorable evening.
