Marisa teaches mainly the first-year animal science technology students. She is enthusiastic
about experiential learning and approaches her work with warmth and kindness.
She is the faculty advisor for the Sheep and Stuff club which includes taking students
and sheep to Agribition, as well as an equestrian jump crew that competes in cross
country derbies. Marisa also takes Range Club students to the Holistic Management
Conference to run the kids program there.
