With a variety of floor plans and access to audiovisual equipment, we've got a classroom that's just right for your workshop, seminar or team-building activity.
You can choose from tiered seating with moveable chairs or a flat floor with moveable furniture.
Rental rate: $37.50/hr or $150/day
Campus: Vermilion & Lloydminster
Capacity: 15 - 100
Rental prices include state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment including projection system, whiteboards, and computer.
From spaces seating 10 to 100 and easy access to catering, we have a range of meeting rooms to meet your needs. Most of these spaces have built-in projectors, screens and whiteboards available for your use and included in the rental fee.
Rental rate: $46/hr or $184/day
Campus: Vermilion & Lloydminster
Capacity: 10 - 100
Rental price includes state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment including projection system, whiteboards, microphone and computer.
This meeting room comes equipped with access to audiovisual equipment and teleconferencing services.

This meeting room comes equipped with access to audiovisual equipment and teleconferencing services.

The Servus Credit Union Lecture Theatre, located on the second floor of the Lloydminster campus, is an ideal space for lectures and keynote speakers. This tiered, classroom-style space accommodates up to 125 people and comes equipped with a projector, screen and computer access

Rental rate: $80.45/hr or| $321.80/day
Capacity: 125
Rental price includes state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment including projection system, whiteboards, microphone and computer.
Another great space for a featured speaker with a capacity of over 400. Located on the Vermilion campus, please submit a booking request via the Application for Theatre Use.
Rental rate: $157.50/hr or $630/day
Theatre technician: $50/hr
Location: Vermilion
Capacity: 443
Rental price includes access to backstage, dressing rooms and the option to hire an on-site theatre technician.
