Welcome to our on-campus hair salon
The public salon is a chance for students to practice what they've been learning in class. As they perfect hairstyling skills, they are also managing the salon.
The salon is located on the 2nd floor of the Lloydminster campus. It will be easiest to use the main entrance.
Public salon
Basic services are offered at first. More services are added as students learn new technical skills. See below for details.
- All services are supervised by instructors.
- The salon accepts cash, debit, and credit card payments.

The student-led hair salon will be open:
Starting January 8:
- Wednesdays, 12pm to 7pm
- Fridays, 9am to 4pm

- Colour and perm services aren't available until April 2025.
- Our menu of hair services expand as students progress through the curriculum. Call to confirm services offered.
- All services are performed by Lakeland students under the supervision of professional hairstylist and instructor. Lakeland College takes every precaution to ensure students provide safe and professional services to all clients.
- We appreciate your support for students to hone their skills, as they work toward becoming certified hairstylists.
