Our training is for a wide range of people who would have roles in municipal, industrial or institutional emergencies. This includes:

Course Description: In this 8 hour course you will:
- learn how to carry out planning and operations for emergencies.
- by starting with planning process theory and applying operation procedures to a spectrum of simulated disasters.
- and through case studies you’ll examine coordination of disaster management functions.

Course Description: This course includes the basic principles of emergency operations, along with standard operating procedures for an Emergency Operations Centre (EOC). During the course you will learn to operate effectively as staff members of an EOC.
Prerequisite:
- 1-BEP Basic Emergency Management (recommended)

Course Description: This 4-hour self-study module (online or print-based) is an introduction to the Incident Command System (ICS). You will learn
- ICS organization,
- basic terminology, and
- common responsibilities associated with assignments.
Prerequisite: This course is a prerequisite for further ICS training and can be adapted for classroom
delivery. This course has been recently updated to reflect the latest information
available in conjunction with CIFFC and AEMA.

Course Description: This 16-hour course is the second level in ICS training. You will learn:
- how to manage small to moderate sized emergencies
- respond as a part of an integrated team
Concepts presented in ICS 100 will be expanded and applied during practical exercises.
Prerequisite: 1-ICSEP Introduction to Incident Command System 100
Evaluation: proctored open book written exam

Course Description: This 24-hour course is the third level in ICS training. You will:
- manage moderate to large size single jurisdiction incidents
- manage multi-agency emergency incidents
- respond as part of an integrated team, using ICS
- expand concepts and apply during practical exercises
Prerequisite: 2-ICSEP Incident Command System 200
Evaluation: proctored written exam
